These terms govern your use of Prelauncher ("the Service"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Prelauncher is a toolkit for prelaunching and validating app ideas before building them: it generates marketing funnels and ad creatives, hosts those funnels (including a shareable landing page that collects email pre-registrations), tracks visitor behaviour, and reports whether your idea shows real buyer demand.
What "Lifetime" means. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product, not your own lifetime. As long as Prelauncher operates, your access continues indefinitely with no recurring charge. It is not a guarantee that the Service will run forever: if Prelauncher is shut down or ceases operating, access ends. We may also revoke access for cause — for example if you breach these terms (reselling or sharing your account, abuse, or malicious activity). Prelauncher is an actively-developed product built and maintained by its founder, and we intend to keep improving it over time.
AI ad-image generation is paid for with consumable tokens. Your Lifetime account includes a starting allocation of tokens, and you may purchase more in token packs. Token purchases are consumable and are non-refundable once spent. Hosting, ad copy, funnel generation, and the verdict engine are included with Lifetime. We may adjust included allocations or token costs with notice; we won't reduce tokens you've already purchased.
Don't use the Service to promote anything illegal, deceptive, or harmful; don't attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service; don't resell access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
Funnels, copy, scores, and images are generated by AI from your inputs. You're responsible for reviewing them before publishing. Idea assessments and verdicts are statistical guidance, not financial or business advice — the decision to build (or not) is yours.
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify features over time. You can export your data (CSV) at any time. Lifetime accounts do not lapse — your funnels keep serving and your data is retained, though we may delete data from accounts inactive for more than 12 months after notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect losses — including ad spend, lost profits, or decisions made based on validation results.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before taking effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
